We are witnessing the erosion of our democracy and the perpetrators want us to feel powerless. But together, we outnumber them and our compassion is our strength. So join us for a third space gathering of kindred spirits. Our actions involve not only protests, but also outreach, group meetings with lawmakers, and other covert, peaceful, yet impactful actions that serve our vision forward. We encourage face-to-face interactions to avoid infiltration by bad actors, and to always see each other's humanity.
Goals
1. To attend as many protests as possible, lending our presence and voices to existing organizations, and also organize smaller, more direct protests at specific sites (i.e. Tesla Showrooms, AVELO airways offices, Amazon Fulfillment Centers, ICE Detention Centers, lawmaker offices, etc.). By being part of our group, you agree to only be non-violent.
2. To take part in getting our message out to areas where information may be suppressed via flyers, postcards, inserts.
3. To take part in creating revenue streams (i.e. selling postcards for lawmakers, etc.) for the group for printing and other advocacy-related expenditures.
4. To share verifiable information to the group about laws, government actions, legal issues, etc. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding misinformation.
5. To volunteer with campaigns that align with our value of getting corporate and special interest PAC money out of our government. We may use the group's revenue to fund travel costs for members traveling to states outside their local community in order to canvass for supported campaigns.

Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota has introduced a bill, The National Police Misuse of Force Investigation Board Act, holding law enforcement accountable for excessive violence against protesters. Currently, there are only 3 co-sponsors for this bill, which ensures our safety as we practice our first amendment rights. Call and write to your representatives to co-sponsor this important bill as protests start amping up in our communities. Below are three ways to do this, ideally take all the steps:

First, invite-only Island of Coherence meeting at a public park in San Diego. You will be vetted through your social media posts, in addition to being told the address verbally at a protest. You must be invited and vetted prior to your attendance. We have a zero-tolerance policy against infiltrators and bad actors.
